About Us

NYC based and nationally focused, Producer Hub was founded in 2017 as a program of Octopus Theatricals. Producer Hub was designed specifically for independent arts producers. In 2020, Producer Hub began providing fiscal sponsorship in partnership with The Tank. In 2024, Producer Hub received our 501(c)(3) status formally becoming a standalone organization that offers programs, resources, and community that allow participants to ease the burden of sustainability in business practice.

Producer Hub was built out of passion, a desire to create change, and to amplify and support the work of our peers. Our work is rooted in the value of partnership, human to human connection, and leveraging our community in service of our community.

Producer Hub exists because of the vision of co-conceivers Mara Isaacs and Ronee Penoi as well as builders and developers of the organization Sophie Blumberg, Michael Francis, Adam Hyndman, and Kelly Letourneau.
